MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 Dec 26

Worked for 10 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate, RH ~ 60%
   Mid: Seeing 2.3 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate, RH ~ 50%
   End: Seeing 2.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate, RH ~ 50%

Observing Summary:

Obseved two fields of Galatic halo population survey regions.

Before a start of observing, I found the TCS system was stopped.
This problem was fixed by rebooting TCS PC. I manually restored
coordinates using the tilt meters following as stated in 
the telescope manual.
