MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 Nov 03

Worked for 12 hours (all night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Fog from 7 pm until 1 am.
   Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing --- arcsec, Fog/Low Clouds, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds High

Observing Summary:

Acquired evening targets and then fog came in. Closed down dome for two hours. When humidity dropped below 80%, reopened dome and began observing. High clouds prevented a continuation of observing until 1 am. Conditions then improved enough to continue through the nights, but high winds caused a lot of movement. Closing the drop-out hatch helped.
