MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2001 Apr 26 Observer(s): Maritza Tavarez Institution(s): University of Michigan Instrument: CCD Direct - Echelle Worked for 5 hours (part of the night) Conditions were Mixed most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Clouds from 8 pm until 12 pm. Beg: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Spent the first half of night trying to observe through clouds. After midnight cleared up. Ran focus frames found focus to be : 8290 for R 8290 for Halpha 8270 for B 8280 for V Trouble: When using the autoguider, the tracking in North South direction is off.
