MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2001 Jan 13

Worked for 9 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Humidity from 6 until 10.
   Beg: Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

High humidity early leftover from previous snowfall.  Humidity 
dropped by about 10pm, but seeing was still not the best.

Observed several galaxies (at last) with no problems from 
telescope or instrument.  Previous difficulties must have been 
due to bad weather.

The manual y commands to the guider don't seem to be working.
The probe will move to the preset positions, but will not 
respond in y in either the  y:  or  dy:  fields on the xmis window.
This is more of a large nuisance than a real problem.
