MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2001 Sep 22

Worked for 10 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing .8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Problems with filter wheel--got stuck, lost position, 
reinitialization failed.  Finally got it initialized, but 
same problem reoccurred.  The problem seemed to improve 
when telescope pointed at zenith.  Observed for awhile without 
changing filters, but this is not acceptable to the 
observing program.
