MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2001 Sep 28

Worked for 6 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from start until 11 pm.
   Beg: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 2.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Some clouds during first half, delaying start.  I think the sky
was photometric after midnight.  Seeing 2.5 arcsec first half,
better second half.
   The set motion in declination did not always respond, both
in the dome and in the control room.  Same as last night.
Eventually it always engaged, however.
