MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Apr 28

Worked for 1.5 hours (last half of the night)
Conditions were Overcast most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

The focus was much more stable tonight (see 4/27/02), but the 
cloud cover and scattered moonlight limited viewing to an hour
and a half.

The TCS monitor shows the epoch as 2002.31, and changing the epoch 
on the xtcs3 does not change the display value.  If the display 
value is not supposed to change, kindly ignore this message.
