MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Dec 31

Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 2.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.9 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

We obtained images of late-type galaxies in B,V,R.  

The seeing was bad all night long.
