MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Feb 16

Worked for 3.3 hours (last half of the night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from start until 2:30.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Cloudly until 2:30.  Opened and started poking around at 3:00.
Gradual clearing toward dawn.
