MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Jun 30 Observer(s): E.M. Halbedel (for S. Lepine) Institution(s): AMNH (Columbia) Instrument: Mk III Spectrograph Worked for 7 hours (all night) Conditions were Mixed most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: Spectra were obtained of 35 objects. Passing clouds interfered somewhat at the beginning of the night, but a general cirrus with thicker clouds eventually made it impossible to find the faint stars --- the only ones left after a 2 week observing run! ------------------------------ Submitted on 2002 Jul 1 [2:43:53]
