Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Clear, Winds High
   Mid: Seeing 3.3 arcsec, Clear, Winds High
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Clear with high winds most of night.
No instrument problems.
Declination guide speed movement failure.  Closure due to this telescope failure resulted in last 3.5 hours lost.
