MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Oct 14

Worked for 9 hours (off and on through the night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

problems with stuck shutter - most bright stars had tails 
extending to edge. 
Reported to Bob Barr, who subsequently replaced the shutter
