MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Sep 20 Observer(s): DePoy & Marshall Institution(s): Ohio State Instrument: Echelle Worked for 10 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Spent most of night taking images of standard stars for tests of new flat field screen. Some clouds at start of night, but clear otherwise. Seeing was 1.5 -2.0 . Guider will not focus (needs to go beyond current negative limit). Also, guider occasionally jumps or drifts in DEC.
