MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2003 Feb 18

Worked for 3 hours (last half of the night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Cirrus, Winds Calm
   Mid: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   End: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Observed from 1 to 4 am.  Not photometric.
Ran into north pier.  Could not move off.  See trouble report.
