Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 10 until 6.
   Beg: Seeing 3 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Moderate
   End: Overcast, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Opened briefly.  Seeing was terrible (3''), very windy.  Humidity 
reached 85%, so closed.  Overcast the rest of the night.  Rain
early morning.
