MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2003 Nov 05

Worked for 11 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 3.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 2.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Bio2 student observing: galaxies, clusters, WR stars

about an hour lost at start because of software problem with 
CCDCOM: shutter not opening when commanded by observe, go. 
Shutter open and shutter close worked. Call to Bob: he talked
 us through necessary commands. No problems after that.
