MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2003 Oct 17

Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

We had a problem with the filter wheel tonight--at about 2:30
it quit working, then began working again but only very very 
slowly.
