   Mid: Clear, Winds Moderate, High humidity
   End: Fog/Low Clouds, Winds Moderate, High humidity

Observing Summary:

Observed for exactly 15 minutes, from 7:45 to 8:00 pm.
The humidity shot up and low clouds came over, forcing closure.
In fog most of night.
