MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2004 Feb 16

Worked for 8 hours (last half of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 0400 until 0900.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 3.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Heavy cirrus clouds for the first few hours of the night. 
Opened up around 10:30. Variable clouds as the night progressed.
It might have been photometric from about 3am on.
