MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2004 Jun 28

Worked for 9 hours (all night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 12AM until 5AM.
   Beg: Seeing 3 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 3 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 3 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Took spectra, once again dealing with clouds.  Not terribly cloudy, just cloudy in the wrong places.  Also had a freak incident where the telescope, while guiding, suddenly started slewing and I couldn't stop it.  At an hour angle of about 1:14.
