MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2004 Oct 17

Worked for 1 hours (first half of the night)
Bad weather most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Fog from 19:40 until end.
   Beg: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Calm, foggy
   End: Clear, Winds Calm, foggy

Observing Summary:

This night was a complete lost. The night started out to be 
very promissing, but after we got two calibration fields the 
went up above 85% at around 19:40, so we had to close the dome.
Unfortunately it became even foggier during the night and the 
hunidity stayed high throughout the night. It became clear by 
the night, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
Did not get any data on any of the AGN we wanted to observe.
Got one of my MDM proposals submitted at least.
