MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2005 Dec 30

Worked for 13 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Dense clouds at start of night, but they disappeared within an hour.
Smooth sailing after that.



So first I jotted down a verse 'bout dome lamp calibration
And then commented on a night that passed without frustration.
But that came out so boring that I felt lured by temptation
To trash it all and curse this atrophied imagination.

Amazing how one's IQ drops with slumber deprivation.
Anyone with an idea?  I'd sure welcome inspiration!
