MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2005 Jul 03 Observer(s): Sheets and Kapusta Institution(s): Dartmouth Instrument: Mark III + Templeton Worked for 9 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Clear, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Clear, Winds Light & Variable End: Clear, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: Got off to a rough start with a set of bad coords, which resulted in sending the telescope past its limits. Thanks to Bob for bailing us out of that with the 7degreeslew+slew+north. Checked the pointing afterwards, and it seemed its usual ornery self. Weather cooperated quite well. There's still a mouse visiting us in the control room, and they're becoming more active in the dome. Chris Peters got in around midnight, tomorrow we'll be handing off to him. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2005 Jul 4 [5:19:51]
