MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2005 Oct 08

Instrument: Apogee Alta U47+ CCD

Worked for 8 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Winds all night.
   Beg: Seeing 2.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 3.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds High, stop
   End: Seeing 3.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

The sky is clear but windy. The wind speed should be 
higher than the values on computer screen. We stopped 
observing for high wind and covered mirror around 11pm. 
About 3 hours observation is done at the second half of the night. 
STOP and shutdown for low telescope and high humidity (83%) 
at UT 11:33. All instruments worked well.
