MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2006 Dec 15

Worked for 12 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2.1 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

RA/Dec encoders had to be reset twice. Even after resetting
encoders using tilt-meters, pointing was still off by about
15'. Good weather conditions (for our purposes): only very 
light cirrus cloud cover.
