MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2006 Feb 13 Observer(s): Bentz and Denney Institution(s): OSU Instrument: CCDS Worked for 5 hours (first half of the night) Conditions were Overcast most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds from 1:00 until 7:00. Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm End: Overcast, Winds Calm Observing Summary: We started out the night with some thin cirrus on the horizon. We were able to observe Mrk110 and were halfway through NGC4151 when the clouds became so thick that we couldn't guide and finally couldn't even see the target or guide star any more. We watched the Olympics and baked cookies while waiting to see what the clouds had in mind, and finally closed up around 4:30 with a still fully overcast sky. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2006 Feb 14 [4:08:11]
