MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2006 Mar 12

Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:

Observing Summary:

After going to sleep in the middle of a snow storm at 4am, we
woke up mid-afternoon to a very pleasant blue sky and sunshine.
The snow was beginning to melt in certain sunny areas, but there
was still clearly snow on the very top of the dome.  By
sunset, the snow had still not melted off the top of the dome.
Rather than put the telescope and instruments in danger, we
opted not to risk opening the dome.  The good weather continued 
throughout the night, compounding our frustrations with a mostly
data-less observing run.  Good luck to the next observers, we 
hope things go more smoothly for them.
