MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2007 Apr 09 Observer(s): Leighly Institution(s): OSU/OU Instrument: CCDS Worked for 6.5 hours (first half of the night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: High Humidity from 2am until 4:30. Beg: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate End: Fog/Low Clouds, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: High humidity was the theme for tonight. The humidity was 63% at sunset and steadily increased, topping out at 83% at 9pm, and then decreasing. But then it started to rise again, reaching 85% and forcing me to close up shop at 1:50am. At the very end of the night, the humidity decreased below 85%, but there was less than 1 hour left for observing, so I did not open again. It was also windy, but there were no clouds.
