MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2007 Apr 30 Observer(s): Tobin Institution(s): Michigan Instrument: CCDS Worked for 8 hours (most of the night) Conditions were Mixed most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds from 0000 until 0500. Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Overcast, Winds Light & Variable End: Overcast, Winds Calm Observing Summary: The night started clear and I was able to observe 1 standard and 3 AGN without problems. During the 4th AGN observation clouds were dense enough to make completeion of that observation. This object was too faint to observe through cloud cover. I was able to observe 1 more standard and 2 other AGN completely during through the cloud cover, sometimes I had to wait for 10 minutes to a half hour to begin and exposure because of the intermittent cloud cover. I had NO problems with the dome error jumping tonight. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2007 May 1 [5:05:21]
