MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2007 Jan 24 Observer(s): Denney and Dietrich Institution(s): OSU Instrument: CCDS Worked for 12 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Clear, Winds Moderate Mid: Clear, Winds High End: Clear, Winds High Observing Summary: We had a nice, full, clear night that would have been perfect if it weren't for the high wind speeds. However, we stil observed all three grating settings of PG0026+129, PG1229+204, finished the two grating settings we had left for PG1426+015, and also observed the H_beta region of Mrk 766. We only had one problem, and that was that the CCDS Acquisition camera's link was lost or something - basically the computer/CCDSOps couldn't establish a link with the camera. Details of this and what we did to fix it are in the separate trouble report. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2007 Jan 25 [6:40:03]
