No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Time series of cv's. Clear, calm night. The north pier ended the night an hour early. Last night's problem with the ccd pixels did not recur. 'The Evil Rock' You shoulda seen It - hid between Tall shoots of yellow reeds. An artful stone, It works alone; Sure footing's all it needs. It lay in wait And marked my gait As I came 'round a corner And bit my knee With morbid glee, Without the slightest warner.
