MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2007 Oct 29

Worked for 11 hours (all night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from suns. until 8  pm.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Continued blazar monitoring. First hour was lost to
cloud cover; after that, occasional cirrus clouds; 
useful observing conditions for our purposes.

During the night, the  set  function in east-west direction
stopped working - i.e., there was only the fast  slew  or 
the very slow setting with only the  east  or  west  buttons.
