MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2008 Jul 01

Worked for 5.5 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from  until .
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm, clouds after 4am

Observing Summary:

Overcast at dusk and cleared up a little after 22:00.  Gorgeous clear
sky until clouds moved in fast around 4am.  Got one long time 
series.  No trouble.

Maybe sometime tomorrow someone can explain to me the extremely
complex and mysterious workings of the air temperature control in
the kitchen/livingroom?  It's set to 82 degrees!  I change it to 
about 68 and tell it to stay there, but within an hour or so it's 
crept back to 82.
