MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2008 May 19

Worked for 8.5 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Sustained, medium winds made observing with dome slit position 
within 40 degrees or so of W untenable.  Cut short a long run 
of CR Bootes for Patterson because of this, and observed 
RW UMi the rest of the night.  Conditions did not merit
observing Katie's objects.

The IC lost connection for no apparent reason in the middle of
the first set, and I lost about half an hour working out what
had happened and recovering.
