MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2008 Nov 19

Instrument: MkIII spectrograph + Nellie

Worked for 9 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

We begun the night again with Nellie not responding 
(see last night and the night before). After a few 
hours of tinkering, we finally succeeded in making 
things work (see trouble report). We resumed observing 
around 8pm, and observed until morning without any
serious problem. We observed a total of 70 science 
targets.
