MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2008 Oct 25

Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

The only glitch was getting the telescope pointed at the flat 
field screen in the afternoon to take dome flats. Eventually 
we realized this could be done with the 'point' command 
and the 'nodome' option, but our first efforts used the RA,DEC 
entry, which required the tracking on and also led the dome 
to center on the slit, which was not what we wanted.
