MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2009 Aug 24

Worked for 4 hours (last half of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 19:00 until 00:00.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

The night began with a training session with the dome closed
for threatening clouds.  The sky became observable around 
midnight, and some useful science data were obtained.
Episodes of very good seeing were noticed.
An inconvenient feature of the TCS was encountered, which is
described in a separate trouble report.
