Conditions were Overcast most of the night.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

High clouds made for poor observing conditions most of the night.
Early on, the western skies were clear and, while attempting to
image some targets the declination oscillations returned. Sporadic
but largely unsuccessful observations continued for the rest of the
night.
