MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2009 Mar 22

Worked for 9 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Winds from 6 pm until 2 am.
   Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds High
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

The dec drive is very unresponsive. Guiding generally failed and tracking
often stopped. Some data was obtained essentially on the fly, but soon
the entire endeavor became too difficult and owing to a flight tomorrow as well,
I decided to close.
