MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2010 Dec 10 Observer(s): Szczygiel and Shields Institution(s): OSU & OU Instrument: CCDS Worked for 12 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds from 1:30 until 4:30. Beg: Seeing 1.1 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable End: Seeing 1.35 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: The night had thin and variable clouds during the first part. In the middle part we had slightly stronger winds, that resulted in N-S oscillations in the telescope, visible both in the guider camera and the acquisition camera frames. We were pointing North at that time, while the wind was from the West. We observed all 7 planned science targets and 2 standard stars. There were no problems with any equipment. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2010 Dec 11 [6:14:00]
