Bad weather most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Very bad weather all night.

Observing Summary:

Did not open due to high winds,high humidity and snow.  Discovered
snow blowing in under slit at the top of the dome and collecting
on the telescope.  Took precautions to prevent moisture from
reaching the mirror and electronics.  See trouble report.
