MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2010 Feb 05 Observer(s): Fesen Institution(s): Dartmouth Instrument: Direct Echelle Worked for 12 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds all night. Beg: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Light to heavy cirrus all night but seeing was very good at times. Humidity was high briefly around midnight and this caused frost to form on the dewar window. This was quickly removed by blowing N2 over it.
