MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2010 Feb 18 Observer(s): Schroeder Institution(s): Columbia Instrument: Echelle Worked for 12 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds from 3 am until 7 am. Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Humidity has been rising throughout the night. High clouds toward sunrise. The camera not responding problem seemed to crop up when sending too many commands from CCDOPS. The guider seems to be losing power briefly. The guider monitor usually loses image clarity and the counts that keep guiding engaged drop which causes some shaking in the guiding. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2010 Feb 19 [6:48:36]
