MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2010 Jun 06

Worked for 6 hours (first half of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 2 until dawn.
   Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   End: Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

We encountered the issue with bizarre tracking and dec-drive oscillations
at the same location as last night HA=-3 to -4, DEC=+10 to +20.

There is a persistent knocking while the tracking happens and guiding
on the normal rate of 2 pixels/second results in incredible oscillations.
Images of this can be had for the asking.

Later in the night clouds moved in. We closed at 3:30 am.
