MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2010 Mar 14

Worked for 12 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

The 4K is still having the same trouble it was last night, with some sort of readout issues that are described in last night's observing report. I took some biases and dome flats in both the 4K mode and the 2K mode. These can be found in /lhome/data/grier/0314/ in the first few files labeled flat314.#.
I also occasionally got an error when the dome was tracking saying  Send failed for command dome: Network operation timed out  , but the dome still seemed to be tracking fine. Other than that, everything seemed to work fine as long as I stayed in 2K mode.
