No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Observing Summary:

Clouds everywhere, not looking like it's going to improve, so 
we are not opening. We have all the data we need and have an early 
flight tomorrow, so we're not going to stay up and see if it clears 
(it doesn't look like it will).
