Conditions were Photometric most of the night.

Observing Summary:

Entire night was lost due to inability to rotate the dome.  After 
initial attempt to center the dome on the telescope position at
the start of the night, dome rotated to azimuth 14 degrees and
stalled.  Further efforts to move the dome via the telescope
GUI or manually using switches in the dome failed.
