MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2012 Feb 09 Observer(s): Zastrow Institution(s): UM Instrument: CCDS Worked for 11 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 2.3 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 1.9 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Night started out with cirrus overhead. Skies cleared as the night went on. Seeing improved in the second half of the night. Minor issues with telescope, where we lost guiding during an exposure. This was followed by a minute or so where the telescope jumped (~30 ) back and forth in the NS direction.
