MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2012 Jan 10

Worked for 13 hours (all night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.50 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.15 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.90 arcsec, Overcast, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Photographed all targets for AGN12 campaign.
Good observing conditions early in the night, but clouds moved in throughout the night, will cloud cover toward the very end.
MIS failed to operate correctly at one point.  We reset xmis terminal and the problem went away.
This problem occurred when calling dostd.
script encountered the error when it asked us to verify MIS pointing.
Time of error:  01:50:00 UTC
First we retried dostd, but the error persisted.  After a few attempts, restarting xmis fixed the problem.
The Moon was very close to a couple targets, which reduced the signal to noise.
