MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observing Report for 2012 Jun 24

Worked for 9 hours (all night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Patchy Clouds, Winds Moderate
   End: Patchy Clouds, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Because of the issues, I was unable to observe all night.  

Summarized from the trouble report:    
Upon restarting the systems after a lightning shut down, the TCS server was not 
communicating with anything.

When opening the 1.3m Telescope Control Panel, the error received 
when hitting the  Initialize  button was  Cannot connect to the TCS server .  
In the command line, I tried  telescope start , tserver and rtel would both 
temporarily be running, but after a few seconds they were not running.  

After talking to Bob, I emailed Richard Treffers who installed the TCS.  I have not heard
back from him yet.
